Dear Friends,

In Proverbs, a dialogue between the Father and Son is captured:

I was filled with delight day after day,
rejoicing always in his presence,
rejoicing in his whole world
and delighting in mankind.

Plainly speaking, when Jesus created you, the overwhelming emotions are recorded as extreme delight and rejoicing! These words do not translate well into English. Basically, the Father and Son are so overwhelmed with who you are, they rejoice...no, they party over you! This delight encompasses our entire existence. Everyone's lifestory is a testimony of God's celebrated creativity.

What is and always has been in you, that gives the Father and Son such delight? Sunday, July 13, we want to celebrate and affirm your story. We invite you to meet at 3 p.m. for a brief overview and instruction on validating, activating, and sharing your story. Later we'll share hot dogs (or bring your own picnic) and Worship at the River will begin at 6pm. You're welcome to all or part of the afternoon/evening.

Last month's baptismal service was filled with stories. As Bill Johnson has observed, (loose translation) "when a person has a testimony, it releases a spirit of prophesy which brings encouragement and releases faith." We have posted these testimonies here: Worship at the River Testimonies

Remember, you are welcome to come at 3pm for "story sharing" and at 5pm we'll share a meal followed by our monthly Worship at the River at 6pm.

The gathering would focus on three simple elements:

Worship
What do we HEAR God Saying?
What do we SEE God Doing?

This is not meant to be a "Y'all come" event. It is primarily for prophetic intercessors who are hearing from God about what he is doing and planning to do in our region.The gathering dates are: Aug. 9, & 10, 2008

Due to limited seating, we are requesting online registration. There is no cost, but a collection will be taken to defray the costs of the facility rental. No child care provided.
