Several months ago I received a phone call from the City of Troutdale regarding our monthly second Sunday meeting near the Sandy River. We have been worshiping therefore over six years, and have always reserved the second Sunday of every month. A city clerk mistakenly booked the second Sunday in February for a wedding, as it is Valentine's Day. They graciously asked if we would give up our meeting reservation. They graciously offered to rent a second city property at 223 Buxton AvTroutdale, OR 97060. (Near downtown Troutdale less than a mile from our normal location) I thought for just a few minutes before I called them back and said: "For a wedding... of course, Yes!"
Worship at the River has always been about bridal preparation in anticipation of a upcoming wedding described in Revelation.
Please note the change in location but the time remains the same Sunday February 14 at 6 p.m..
